01 / THE EXPERIENCE
Time to work on the details. Space to discover something new. People who understand why you dance.

Daily ballet technique anchors the program, with pointe or pre-pointe, repertoire, character dance, Graham technique, and conditioning.
Explore music, ballet history, and musical theater. Workshops connect classroom practice with auditions, performance, and a dancer’s life.
Develop your practice in a community that values encouragement, thoughtful corrections, and dancer wellbeing.

02 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
The 2026 program grouped dancers by age and experience. Faculty can adjust placement to suit each dancer.
AGES 8–9
At least 2 years of consistent ballet training.
AGES 10–12
At least 3 years of ballet training, including pre-pointe.
AGES 13–18
4–5 years of ballet training and at least one full year on pointe.

The published program serves ages 8–18 with prior ballet experience. Compare the three training levels above, then ask WBC about placement and next-session requirements.
The 2026 program offered either week individually or both together. WBC encouraged two weeks for continuity. Ask the team which options will be available next summer.
